Application Process

Children applying must be 3 years old on or before September 1st of the school year they wish to attend. Children turning 6 years of age are only eligible to attend if they turn 6 after the cutoff date for MUSD, usually September 1 or 2.

  • Please download our information sheet here to learn more about our program to see if our style of education is a good fit for your needs, then move on to Step 2.

  • You may submit an enrollment request here. Once completed, you will receive an automated email that includes a link to schedule an interview.

  • After attending a PPM, we will schedule a 45-minute interview.

    Interviews are a chance for our staff to learn more about your family’s interest in our program and your needs for the upcoming school year. We are looking to learn more about your child’s interests, areas of strength, and areas where they or you are experiencing challenges or friction. We’re also excited to hear about why you’d like to work with us! Interviews are NOT a test, they are an opportunity for your family and our staff to determine if we’re a good fit, and to make space for all your questions.

  • If you are accepted into our programs, we will meet in-person to:

    • Review the contract and handbook,

    • Complete your child’s forms enrollment forms

    • Schedule your volunteer days for the school year.
